From humble beginnings to industry leaders, LD Construction’s journey is built on a foundation of passion, expertise, and dedication. Here’s a look at our key milestones.
LD Capital, LLC was formed as a Wall Street mortgage conduit. And our objective was to provide mortgage brokers, commercial bankers, and borrowers with access to the secondary market for long-term, fixed-rate, recourse and non-recourse commercial real estate mortgage loans.
Operations expanded to include conventional lending products and government-guaranteed loans. And the company became known as “The Loan Depot, LLC"
The Loan Depot began originating SBA loans for commercial properties such as:
- Office buildings
- Industrial facilities
- Self-storage properties
- Senior living facilities
- Restaurants, gas stations, and hotels.
And the Loan Depot became "The Loan Depot Lending Company Inc, LLC."
The company divided into 4 specialized companies:
- LD Realty Capital, LLC: Focus on conventional loans.
- LD Capital Small Business Finance, LLC: Specializing in SBA 504 loans.
- LD Capital Leasing, LLC: Leasing services.
- The Loan Depot Lending Company, Inc: Focus on SBA 7A and CMBS lending.
The company expanded again with 2 new divisions:
- LD Capital Bridge to USA, LLC: EB5 and Crowdfunding offerings.
- LD Capital SE Regional Center, LLC & LD Capital LA Regional Center, LLC: EB5 Regional Centers.
- LD Realty Capital FUND, LLLP: Funding support for developers in the USA.
LDC received approval from Georgia’s Department of Banking and Finance to expand into wholesale residential lending.
A new company was formed: “LD Capital Residential Mortgage, LLC.”
Goal: Expand wholesale residential lending operations across multiple states.
Present we are working on various construction projects including hotel, Gas Station, Retail Centers and Housing Sub Divion
LDC provides loans through its Commercial Loan Access Program:
- Small Loan Program: Loans from $500,000 to $5,000,000.
- Large Loan Program: Loans from $3,000,000 to $500,000,000.
The company also offers Jumbo Residential Loans.
- Originators: Experts in LDC loan products.
- Underwriters: Skilled in evaluating complex properties.
- Closing Staff: Experienced in handling legal complexities and facilitating successful loan closures.
